Forget the Yellow Brick Road

Liz had a story floating around in her head, about a girl and her search for success. And so become the book, Forget the Yellow Brick Road. This is the story of Dorothy and her adventures in Oz, is about success, determination, confidence, and risk-taking, all wrapped in the delightful parable of one girl’s quest to reach her destination. While the original Dorothy is focused on getting home, the character in this career fairytale is headed in quite another direction: up the corporate ladder, preferably to the top. Teenage girls and women everywhere will celebrate Green’s heroine as she learns to manoeuvre through the peaks and valleys of corporate life…with a few landmines along the way. In a voice that is both motivational and compassionate, the author uses her own corporate experiences to remind us that personal and professional success is found as much in the stopsalong the way as in the final destination. Those who grasp this concept and forge their own path will discover for themselves their very own Kansas. Available for sale on Amazon.

Career Self-Management Programs for Schools

As a spin-off from Liz's novel, and based on the collective interest of us all in career and talent development, the team collaboratively decided to develop a career self-management program for schools. Where's Kansas? is an holistic curriculum designed to be delivered to final year high school and university students at the crucial decision-mkaing points as they embark on their careers. Program options include 1 or 2-day intensive workshops delivered by Successium, or an 8-session curriculum delivered by teachers. Teacher and parent briefing sessions are also included. Who looks outside, dreams.
Who looks inside, awakes.”
