  • Design and development of a Leadership Development Framework and associated blended learning modules which increased leadership competency within the succession pipeline.
  • Design, development and facilitation of a Cert III in Frontline Management program and Cert IV in Business program across multiple business segments of a multinational organisation which increased capability of frontline managers.
  • Development and facilitation of an ‘Agents of Change’ and ‘Leaders of Change’ training program for managers, senior managers and executive managers of a global organisation.   • Design, development and annual delivery of modules for a corporate Graduate Program, with a focus on career self-empowerment and accountability.
  • Evaluation of existing programs for multiple RTOs against AQTF and training package requirements. Where revision of the programs was required, it was ensured that both effective learning for participants was addressed and requirements for the RTO under audit achieved compliance and retained the packages on scope.
  • Facilitation of strategic planning and team conferences for business segments of several large profile organisations.
  • Project Management and development of a ten module e-learning orientation and induction program for a trans-Tasman retail organisation.
  • Design and management of a Future Leader Cadetship program that identified high potential team members and developed them over a 10-month facilitated program developing to provide greater exposure across the business, engage them in their commitment to the organisation and ultimately retain as future leaders.  
  • A Customer Service Excellence training program including an employee development program and competency framework and performance development system was designed and implemented. As a result employee performance increased, KPIs were being achieved, and customer satisfaction was measurably improved.
  • Toolbox training sessions in the areas of Customer Service, HSE and QA to enable the organisation to communicate a consistent message and ‘corporate way’ throughout the organisation.
