Liz had a stereotypical gen-X career portfolio until discovering that at the core of all her professional choices was the desire to assist individuals and business to perform at their best. Consequently she found her niche in capability and organisational development. Her passion for learning has led her to pursue several degrees of her own including a Master of Education in Organisational Learning and Development, a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Diploma in Education. She has also obtained Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and is accredited in DiSC behavioural profiling. One of Liz's greatest strengths, however, is the ability to understand business needs and determine an organisation's requirement for learning and development initiatives that will positively impact the bottom line. She is also the author of the novel Forget the Yellow Brick Road, a morality play with attitude, based on the story of Dorothy and her friends and their search for personal and professional success.

Prior to her career as a Capablity Consultant for Successium, Naomi had worked for a leading professional services firm travelling the country working on IT implementation projects. Consequently she is Siebel certified and is highly valued by our clients as our IT, technical and systems specialist. She has also spent time working as a business improvement consultant in the retail industry with amazing results. With exemplary project management skills and an unrelenting expectation for excellence, Naomi thrives on a challenge.

 

Nyrissa Jones B.Sc (Psychology), Cert IV TAA

Nyrissa loves to apply her specialist knowledge and skills in psychology to her passion for talent development. Years of working as a coach, tertiary tutor and lecturer, and learning and development professional has lead Nyrissa to Successium; where she has the opportunity to combine all her capabilities into the one role. With a strong interest in behavioural and personality studies, she adds great value to Successium's behavioural and management bespoke program development for our clients.

 

Amanda Herring B.Com (Employment Relations), Cert IV Desktop Publishing and Graphic Design

Amanda is an experienced human resources professional with expertise in remuneration and performance management, industrial relations, and recruitment. She successfully managed many large scale learning projects in her HR Generalist career, and as a consequence discovered her niche in learning and development. Her years working as a graphic designer also mean she has a keen eye for detail and fabulous design.

 

Alanna Kioumis
Learning and Development Assistant
Alanna made a commitment to her career as soon as she left school by choosing to work full-time and study her Commerce degree part time so as to give meaning to her studies. After several years working in advertising agencies, the economic downturn led Alanna to reconsider her options and career choice. Advertising’s loss has been Successium’s gain. Her assertiveness and professionalism are a great compliment and support to the Successium team.
